The United Nations has declared 2012 as "The Year of Energy." The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at The University of Alabama is recognizing this with a dynamic series of programs that will feature industry leaders in the field of energy. Experts in the area of energy production as well as environmentalists will present a series of programs that promise to be highly informative. All programs will be held at the Bryant Conference Center on Thursdays beginning September 13 from noon-1:45 (unless otherwise specified). All programs in the symposium are free and open to the public.
