The P-Card Policies & Procedures class is required for all new Cardholders and Reconcilers. This class can also be taken as a refresher course for someone that has been a Cardholder/Reconciler or someone in the department that might need knowledge of how to make a P-Card purchase. The purpose of this class is:
-To define the roles and responsibilities of anyone associated with the P-Card
-Review program requirements (i.e. allowable/prohibited P-Card charges, documentation requirements, etc.)
-Introduce resources available to campus
